Are linens and towels provided at my vacation home, what else is included?
The following are some of the items included for all reservations :
- Bed linens
- Firewood – a starter kit for properties with fireplaces (Sep-Apr)
- Clothes detergent
- Towels (3 sizes) (# of towels depends on property’s sleeping capacity)
- Dishwasher soap
- Dish towels/cloths
- Hand soap (3 in 1 hand, body and hair liquid soap)
- Sanitary paper & tissues
- Paper towels
- Foil paper and plastic wrap
- Basic spices

What is Check-In/Check-Out time?
Check-in time begins at 5:00 pm and Check-out time is 11 am. A limited number of early check-ins and/or late check-outs are available provided that there are no guests arriving upon your departure or leaving prior to your arrival. Requests must be submitted in writing to our reservation specialists and approved prior to your arrival. However, we cannot guarantee the early check-in or late check-out request will be granted until just a few days prior to your arrival date.

How do I check-in to my Tremblant Living property?
Prior to your arrival, you will receive an email with your arrival instructions, including links to our Happy Stays X app and your access code. The app can be downloaded on your Android or Apple device. It will include information such as driving instructions, door codes or lockbox codes, coffee machine instructions, and much more.

What to do when I leave my Tremblant Living home?
Guests must read and share the Rental Agreement signed at the time of your reservation which describes a full list of Rules and Conditions.
- Departure is at 11:00 a.m.
- Place trash and recycling in respective exterior bins (Garbage – black, Recycling – Green)
- Load and start the dishwasher
- Unplug all small kitchen appliances
- Log out of all apps; Netflix, SONOS, etc.
- Close the metal curtains for all wood-burning fireplaces, if applicable
- Turn off the gas valve for the BBQ, if applicable
- Tidy up outside including the decks, yard, and pool area, if applicable
- Turn off all lights
- Close and lock all windows and doors, including patio doors

What are Tremblant Living's rental policies and conditions?
We rent only to business travelers, family groups, and responsible adults older than 30 years of age; adults cannot rent properties on behalf of underage guests and are subject to approval. Any kind of house party/loud noises and music are strictly forbidden. Minimum noise outside after 9:30PM. All properties are completely non-smoking. Pets not accepted (some exceptions apply) Check-in 5PM – Check-out 11AM Deposit or full payment and signed Rental Agreement must be received within 2 days of making the reservation. 50% deposit is requested within 48 hours of booking and the other 50% (OR full payment) is to be paid 30 days prior to the arrival date. For properties with 3 bedrooms or less, a pre-authorization of $1000 will be taken on your credit card within 24 hours prior to your arrival as a security deposit. For properties with 4 bedrooms and more, a pre-authorization of $3000 will be taken on your credit card within 24 hours prior to your arrival as a security deposit. The pre-authorization amount will be released within 3-5 business days following your departure if the rental agreement has been respected. Cancellation – Stay is refundable, minus a penalty. What is the Vacation Rental Damage Waiver Fee (DWF)?
The Damage Waiver Fee is a mandatory fee that protects you for accidental damages up to $1,200. A full description of the DWF is included in your Rental Agreement for you to consider before securing your reservation.

Can I arrange for a mid-stay clean?
A mid-stay housekeeping service is available upon request for an additional charge. The service includes; cleaning of all rooms, bathrooms and kitchen area, loading dishwasher, also more in depth service can be requested at an additional cost to have all bed linens changed. Please note that any request for mid-stay housekeeping will be subject to the companies cleaning schedule.
